In Sri Lanka Organ Transplant Coordinate throught the Rotation Method. In Rotation method donor hospital inform about the organ availability to the National Coordinater and National Coordinator offer that organ to a hospital that next in Rotation Method. Like If an organ goes to Ragama Hospital the next available organ goes to the National Hospital in this method. Like wise organs offered to the Hospital in Rotation. but the problemin this is that the most needed person will not get the organ. So that might lead to increase the death rate in Sri Lanka

 

So to correct this system we need to create a System Design to offer the organ who needed it the most. So simply organ details should send to the National Organ pool and they will run the match and gives the result of who gets the organ and inform that hospital to send the surgical team to retrieve the organ. 

 

So the product idea will be a Desktop application to add and remove patients in the waiting list and monitor the organ transplant coordination process and a mobile application for the surgical team to have easy access to the organ transplant coordination during their work time.
